Summary: FlowSMS provides carrier-grade telecom message routing settled exclusively in cryptocurrency. We operate on a strict privacy-first model: zero KYC, zero identity bureaucracy, and no banking intermediaries.

1. Service Scope & Eligibility

FlowSMS provides telecom routing infrastructure connecting web dashboards and REST APIs to Tier-1 mobile networks globally across 220+ destinations. Anyone with a valid email address and cryptocurrency wallet may open an account. We never require government passports, utility bills, or corporate registration documents.

2. Non-Reversible Crypto Settlement

All account balances are funded on a prepaid basis using supported cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, USDT, Solana, Litecoin, Monero, Ethereum, and others). Because blockchain settlements are non-reversible, accounts are not subject to traditional credit card chargebacks, reserve holds, or frozen merchant accounts.

Minimum Deposit: $30.00 USD equivalent in supported cryptocurrency.
No Expiration: Deposited credits never expire and do not incur monthly dormancy fees.
Confirmation SLA: Balances credit automatically once the transaction achieves standard on-chain confirmation.

3. Routing & Acceptable Use

FlowSMS is engineered for privacy-conscious developers, businesses, and automated notification systems. Acceptable use includes verification OTPs, system alerts, customer service notifications, and consensual transactional messaging.

To protect our Tier-1 telecom routes and operator binds, the following are strictly prohibited:

Financial phishing, bank impersonation, and fraudulent social engineering.
Distribution of malware, ransomware, or malicious download links.
Unlawful harassment, extortion, or threats to physical safety.

Accounts identified violating regional anti-abuse standards or attempting fraudulent impersonation will have routing privileges terminated immediately without refund.

4. Service SLA & Delivery Receipts

Handset delivery SLA for verified Tier-1 routes is typically under 2.5 seconds. Delivery status reports (DLR) are transmitted directly from terminating mobile operators to your dashboard or webhook endpoint.

5. Limitation of Liability

FlowSMS routes messages across third-party international telecommunications carriers. While our routing engine dynamically switches between redundant direct routes, delivery cannot be guaranteed to dead handsets, disconnected numbers, or out-of-coverage destinations.

6. Governing Jurisdiction

FlowSMS is operated by FLOW SYSTEMS Sp. z o.o., an EU entity registered in Poland and subject to applicable Polish and European Union telecommunications regulations.
